How do I book?
Fill out the booking request form below with your move details and preferred dates. We'll reply to confirm availability and email you a secure payment link to finalize your order.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as you know your dates, or even last minute. If we have totes available, we can get them to you right away.
How do I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll email you a secure payment link. Payments are processed online through Stripe.
How big are the totes?
Each tote holds 27 gallons. They're heavy-duty, stackable, and have snap-on lids.
How many totes do I need?
A good rule of thumb: 20 totes for a 1-bedroom, 40 for a 2–3 bedroom, and 60 for a 4+ bedroom home. Not sure? Message us and we'll help you pick.
Do I need to be home for drop off or pick up?
No. We can leave the totes at your front door, in your garage, or any spot we agree on. For pickup, just have the empty totes stacked and accessible.
Can you drop off at one address and pick up at another?
Yes, that's the most common setup. We drop off at your current home and pick up from your new one.
What if I need the totes longer than 2 weeks?
No problem. Extra weeks are $40 per week for 20 totes, $60 per week for 40 totes, and $80 per week for 60 totes. Just let us know before your pickup date.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
Normal wear is fine. For damaged or lost equipment, replacement costs are $10 per tote, $40 per tote dolly, and $150 per hand truck.
Do I need tape?
No. The totes have snap-on lids, so there's no tape and no box-building.
Are the totes clean?
Yes. Every tote is cleaned between rentals so it's ready to pack when it arrives.
